Paul Nash is one of the most distinctive and important British artists of the 20th century. He is known for his work as an official war artist, producing some of the most memorable images of the First and Second World Wars, and also as one of the most evocative landscape painters of his generation. Featuring works from across the four decades of his rich career, including oils, watercolours, assemblages and photographs, the exhibition and accompanying catalogue will be the first to examine Nash's work in an international context.
