This animated comedy adventure is a spin-off from the massively successful 'Shrek' franchise. The film traces the backstory of swashbuckling feline Puss in Boots (voiced by Antonio Banderas), detailing the adventures he had before he met Shrek and Donkey. A notorious outlaw in his hometown of San Ricardo, Puss will be put behind bars indefinitely unless he can find the magic beans which are fiercely guarded by husband-and-wife bandits Jack and Jill (Billy Bob Thornton and Amy Sedaris). Unbeknownst to Puss, however, he has another rival in the form of criminal mastermind Humpty Alexander Dumpty (Zach Galifianakis) and his tough-talking sidekick, Kitty Softpaws (Salma Hayek).
